SHE IS DEAD
(in several chapters, as a precursor to RIOT! PROTEST! ACT! NOW!) explores the self-obsession embedded within artistic production. Bringing together my self-portrait series created between 2021 and 2024, the project stages their metaphorical burial as a prelude to my own symbolic disappearance and the formation of an artistic platform.Reinscribed with the title SHE IS DEAD, these works reflect on how an obsession with one's own artistic practice can be transformed into a more collective endeavor.
